Foundation Job Opportunity

A few months ago I posted about the foundation I am creating. I am now ready for the next step which is finding the right person to work for me.  This is a call for applications for a very interesting job for the right person. The first thing to be clear is that the right person is someone who sincerely wants to help children in poverty to get a good education in some skill so they can change the direction of their life from poverty to a decent living and a self sufficient life. The job is basically to identify children who fit the criteria that will make them the […]

How To Give 100% At Everything You Do

If we always did the best we could do, we would certainly excel and be recognized for excellent service and attitude, but we do not. There is always something that holds us back from giving fully and that can be a variety of reasons. The most powerful one is the fear that if you go too far, you may make a mistake and then look bad. Our instinct is to protect ourselves in the interest of getting more in the future. The problem is, that because we hold back, we never reach our potential and that means we do not increase our skills. Holding back means we never really do […]

Apple Quarterly Report, Why Do Smart People Behave So Strange?

Apple share price dropped 10 percent today after its revenues came up short of analyst estimates and sales of its macs and iPhones were not what Wall street expected. Still, Apple sold 47.8 million iPhones, a record, and 22.9 million iPads. The company also projected a softer-than-expected revenue range of $41 billion to $43 billion for its current quarter, below the more than $45 billion expected by analysts. I just do not understand people who invest in the stock market, even in a company trading at over $500 per share! You have to be very rich to invest in Apple at that share price, and the assumption, apparently wrong, is […]

Deadlines Are Natural, Resistance Is Futile

Deadlines are a natural part of the universe. There is no need to get stressed and resist them. If there are deadlines in a company, that means there will be deadlines in each department, and then deadlines put on each employee. The principle of cause and effect is seen in action, the original cause, a deadline to the client, trickles down to every link in the chain of creating what the client wants. If there are deadlines in the universe and the planet, there will be deadlines in all of our material world and lives. Everything material will one day come to an end, be it the planet, the universe, and […]

Getting Your Business And Life Going

If you find yourself going in circles and not getting anywhere with your life, personal or business, this article will help give you the power to break the endless loop. Look at every part of whatever you want to do and find the part or parts that are being done wrong. For example, if it is your business, you would examine the marketing, employees, pricing, production, debts, expenses, etc. If it is personal, you could objectively review your attitude and character, if you are open minded, and I mean really open minded, not just think you are. Do you treat people with respect, do you think you are always right, […]

How To Make A Successful MasterMind Group

The principle of the Mastermind group is well known by many people and there are many groups that have been formed under the premise of mastermind support groups, but they rarely if ever deliver a successful outcome. I have seen many of these groups and they have one thing in common, they are very short lived due to a quickly dying interest from lack of success. This article is about the reasons that those groups have failed and naturally, the solution to creating an effective group and the different types of weaknesses we share. The first reason for failure is lack of perseverance. People get discouraged and drop off far […]

The Use Of Intuition In Business And Relationships, How To Strengthen That ‘Gut Feeling’

The greatest successes in business and life in general usually come from a decision based on a ‘feeling’. That gut instinct when you just know something is right, or wrong, is usually correct, but all too often, recalled only after we made the wrong decision. When I began investing in the stock and Forex markets, I quickly realized the key; success depends almost entirely on your intuition. This applies equally to business as relationships, knowing the right thing to say, or when to keep your mouth shut! The great successes, investor George Soros and entrepreneur Steve Jobs at Apple with the revolutionary iPhone, iPad and iTunes apps would admit that […]

New iPhone Game To Develop Intuition

My latest project is now completed. I have designed an iPhone application game with the help of a friend, Brendon Duck, who is an excellent programmer, and it is live on the iTunes store now. It is called ForeSight. The game is basically to help you develop your intuition. I got the idea from trading on the Forex and Stock markets as a day trader, because really, success in that investment is based on having good intuition. This will not only help us in business, but also in every day life of course. So I figured out how we can develop our intuition and designed this game around it. Please […]

What Goes Up Will Come Down

This article is about seeing and being able to use the positive in everything. We will start with exploring the foundation of being able to live a fully positive and successful life, what prevents it, and then proceed to more detail about the method. There is no point in discussing how to be successful until we have found and corrected the reasons we are not. If the engine is at full power but the plane is tightly tied to the ground, it will not move. First, we must remove the ropes. Personal development happens best and easiest when you are happy, at peace and balanced. Certainly traumatic situations often are […]

Work For The Sake Of The Work

In my business career as well as with with my clients and students, I have developed a firm belief that our business success is 10% skill and 90% who we are, the quality of our character. This is exemplified by Richard Branson, a man with little education but now a billionaire with over 200 companies. Clearly he is not a technical master of 200 industries. On the other end of the scale, you may have heard the saying that 10% of the salespeople make 90% of the money. Success is not entirely based on your technical knowledge as much as the clients pleasure of working with someone they know will […]
